To help with the preparation and delivery of this event, we require energetic and enthusiastic volunteers to fulfill many roles:
Check-in
SUNDAY AUGUST 12th, from 6:30am to 1pm. We need a motivated team to direct participants on site at the event, to manage the information kiosk and to direct participants towards parking areas, shuttles etc.
Registration
SATURDAY AUGUST 11th, from 8:30am to 4:30pm. A team will be present at Rona Forget in Mont-Tremblant to take new registrations and to distribute participant race kits to those who are pre-registered. SUNDAY AUGUST 12th, from 6:30am to 1pm. A team will be on site at the Parc Au Fil de l’eau to take new registrations and to distribute participant race kits to those who are pre-registered.
Participant kits
THURSDAY AUGUST 2nd, from 5pm to 8pm. As we will be expecting more than 1500 participants, we will need help in preparing the participant race kits.
Course and site preparations
SATURDAY AUGUST 11th, 8:30am to 3:00pm and/or from 6:00pm to 9:00pm. We will be setting up the event site including the courses, the finish area, the games area, etc. SUNDAY AUGUST 12th, from 5:00am to 12pm, finalising the setup of the courses and the activity sites.
Water stations
SUNDAY AUGUST 12th, arrival between 7 :30am and 8 :30am and ending between 12:00pm and 2:00pm (all depending on placement). We will need teams of ten people all along the course to manage the water stations.
Start and finish area crew
SUNDAY AUGUST 12th, arrival between 6:00am and 7:30am and ending between 11:00am and 1:00pm (all depending on placement). We need several people to help ensure a smooth departure at the start and finish of the 21.1km, 10km, 5km and 1km. This includes setup of the start and finish areas, greeting participants, preparing the water stations, etc.
Volunteers on course
SUNDAY AUGUST 12th, arrival between 7:30am to 8:30am and ending between 11:00am and 12:00pm. We need several volunteers to ensure the security on the courses and to direct and encourage the participants.
Participant lunch
SUNDAY AUGUST 12th, from 8:00am to 1:00pm. The participant lunch needs a large team of volunteers to prepare, serve the lunch and to help tear down the lunch area.
Tear down crew
SUNDAY AUGUST 12th, from 12:00pm to 4:00pm. A team is exclusively assigned to teardown of the event. MONDAY AUGUST 13th, from 9:00am to 12:00pm. We need a few people to help finalise the teardown of the event.
